Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JustShipped, including our website, product, software, APIs, reports, and related services. By accessing or using JustShipped, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use JustShipped. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

JustShipped is a messaging research and experimentation product. It is designed to help founders and teams test which positioning, hooks, and value propositions resonate with real audiences by running controlled, ad-driven experiments.

• Turn your business context into testable messaging hooks and ad copy variations.
• Generate image creatives for those hooks using third-party AI image providers.
• Create and manage Meta ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads through connected Meta accounts.
• Monitor performance data and surface recommendations, including QACS-based rankings and automated kill signals.

JustShipped is not an ad agency, law firm, broker, or professional advisor. The service helps you run experiments and interpret signals; it does not replace your own review, judgment, or compliance process.

You are responsible for the business, products, offers, URLs, claims, and audiences you submit to the service.

• You must have the right to use all content, trademarks, landing pages, and assets you provide.
• You must review AI-generated copy and images before launch.
• You are responsible for substantiating advertising claims and disclosures.
• You are responsible for ensuring your website, checkout, and fulfillment flows are operational.
• You are responsible for complying with laws, regulations, and platform rules that apply to your ads and business.

JustShipped relies on third-party services, including Meta, AI model providers, hosting providers, and infrastructure vendors. When you connect a Meta account or use features powered by third parties, you also remain subject to those third parties' terms, policies, approvals, limits, and availability.

• You authorize JustShipped to act on your instructions inside connected Meta ad accounts.
• Meta may reject, restrict, throttle, or disable campaigns, ads, accounts, pages, or business assets at any time.
• JustShipped is not responsible for Meta billing, policy enforcement, delivery issues, or account penalties imposed by Meta.
• You must comply with Meta's Advertising Policies.

JustShipped uses AI systems to generate suggested messaging hooks, ad copy, and image creative concepts. Those outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, or unsuitable for your market.

Performance reporting, including QACS scores, winner selection, kill recommendations, and audience insights, is offered as an experimental decision-support layer. It is not a guarantee of business performance, conversions, profitability, regulatory compliance, or product-market fit.

JustShipped may charge subscription fees or usage-based fees for access to the platform. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.

Ad spend is separate. Meta or another advertising platform charges ad spend directly to you through your connected account and payment methods. JustShipped does not control those charges and is not responsible for refunds of media spend, platform fees, chargebacks, failed campaigns, or underperforming experiments.

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit to JustShipped, including product details, brand inputs, URLs, customer segments, and campaign configuration data.

You grant JustShipped a worldwide, limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and use that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, support, and provide the service to you.

JustShipped owns the service itself, including the software, interface design, workflows, models, methodologies, scoring systems, reports format, branding, and all related intellectual property, except for third-party materials and your content.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, decompile, or create derivative works from the service except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.

You may not use JustShipped to:

• Promote unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful products, services, or content.
• Generate ads that violate third-party rules or regulated-industry requirements applicable to you.
• Probe, disrupt, or bypass service security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use the service to build or train a competing product from extracted outputs or system behavior.
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship to a brand, ad account, or destination website.

JustShipped is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uptime, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that any hook, audience, creative, campaign, or recommendation will produce clicks, customers, revenue, profit, or any particular marketing outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustShipped and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, customers, opportunities, or media spend.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to JustShipped in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You will indemnify and hold harmless JustShipped and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your content, your campaigns, your connected accounts, your products or offers, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you are violating these Terms, creating risk for us or others, or using the service in a way that could harm the platform, third parties, or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not automatically pause or delete campaigns running in third-party advertising systems, and you remain responsible for managing those systems directly.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice through the product, by email, or by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of JustShipped after the updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
