This Privacy Policy explains how JustShipped collects, uses, shares, and stores information when you use our website, product, reports, and related services.

It applies to information we collect directly from you, from your use of the service, from connected third-party platforms such as Meta, and from your interactions with the product and connected campaigns.

We collect several categories of information:

• Account information such as your name, email address, login details, and workspace membership.
• Business and campaign inputs such as product descriptions, URLs, target audiences, competitors, positioning, constraints, and brand guidance.
• Creative and messaging data such as generated hooks, ad copy variants, images, and experiment settings.
• Connected platform data such as Meta ad account IDs, page IDs, permissions, OAuth tokens, and campaign performance metrics.
• Usage data such as device information, browser type, pages viewed, feature activity, and product interaction logs.

We use information we collect to operate and improve JustShipped, including to:

• Create, maintain, secure, and support user accounts and workspaces.
• Generate hooks, messaging variants, image prompts, and creative outputs.
• Build, deploy, monitor, and optimize advertising experiments through connected platforms.
• Measure campaign performance and generate QACS-based reporting and recommendations.
• Communicate with you about account activity, support, releases, billing, and legal updates.
• Detect abuse, investigate incidents, enforce our terms, and protect the platform.

Depending on where you are located, we process information under one or more legal bases, including: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where consent is required.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:

• With Meta and similar platforms when you direct us to create, manage, or evaluate campaigns through connected accounts.
• With AI, hosting, analytics, infrastructure, and communications vendors that help us provide the service.
• With service providers who process data on our behalf subject to contractual protections.
• When disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

JustShipped integrates with third-party services, including Meta, AI model providers, cloud infrastructure, and authentication providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

For example, if you connect a Meta account, Meta may provide us with access to ad account data and campaign metrics, and Meta may independently collect data according to its own Data Policy.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Retention periods may vary by data type. For example, account records, experiment settings, performance history, and support records may be kept for reporting, audit, and support purposes even after a campaign has ended. We may also retain anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Those measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, credential management, logging, and infrastructure security practices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live. When we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps intended to provide an appropriate level of protection under applicable law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete certain personal information.
• Request a copy of certain data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

• Disconnect third-party integrations such as Meta from within the product.

JustShipped is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
